INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
amp;nbsp 1. Turn off power before installing or removing connectors.
amp;nbsp 2. Use stranded copper conductors only when utilize tools AK-25 or MR30A. May use solid or stranded copper conductors when utilize tools #7A or AC-5ND.
amp;nbsp 3. Strip wires 0.63 in. (16mm). Max., 0.51 in. (13mm) Min.
amp;nbsp 4. Twist wires together along the entire length of strip and insert them into connector.
amp;nbsp 5. Center the crimp tool die around the sleeve.
amp;nbsp 6. Crimp once using the Lobster AK-25, Die No. 2, or the Muromoto Tekko MR30A, Die No. 2.0, Air Pressure 6 kg/cm2 at least, or the lzumi #7A, Die.
amp;nbsp 7. No. 2, or the lzumi AC-5ND, Die No. 2, Air Pressure 6 kg/cm2 at least.
